Talent: Animate Shadow
This talent causes the shadow of the Nightbane’s Morphus form to come to life. This shadowy creature looks like a solid ink-black version of the Nightbane, although without any distinguishing features beyond its outline. The shape will follow mental commands given by its creator, and can fight and follow most complex orders competently. The shadow has half of the Nightbane’s SDC, but no hit points and does not regenerate damage. It also has all it’s creator’s skills at –20% (the hand-to-hand skill is reduced by one level), and attacks per melee round, but no Nightbane Talents.
Limitations: Usable in Morphus only. Not available until 3rd level. The animated shadow exists for 1 minute (4 melee) per level of experience or until destroyed or dismissed by it’s creator. Only one shadow can be animated at a time.
Cost: 15 PPE are permanently spent to acquire it and 12 PPE are needed every time to activate it.

Talent: Reshape Facade
Although contemptuously called the Façade, the Nightbane's human form is as unique and real to him or her as the supernatural Morphus. Nightbane with this talent can temporarily alter the shape of the façade, changing the features, hair color and even the size of their human form. The more extensive the change, the more PPE the transformation will cost. Imitating a particular person is possible, but very difficult to get right (20% plus IQ bonus + 3% per level of experience).
Limitations: Usable in Facade only. Not available until 3rd level.
Cost: 12 PPE are permanently spent to acquire it and 6 PPE are needed every time to activate it plus 4 per additional hour the disguise is desired.

Talent: Shadow Storm
This talent creates a swirling cloud of dark energy that fills an area equal to one yard/meter radius per 4 PPE spent. This cloud can be sent forward at a speed of 30; maximum distance away from creator is 500 feet (152 m). The dark energies of the cloud inflict damage on anything or anybody in its path, doing 3d6 points of damage three times per melee round. Dodging the storm requires a 16 or higher. Each time it hits a sound of thunder is heard overhead.
Limitations: Usable in Morphus only. Not available until 3rd level. Duration is one minute (4 melees) per level of experience.
Cost: 10 PPE are permanently spent to acquire it and 4 PPE per yard/meter of radius are needed every time to activate it.
